Please read the following guide before using our website.
1. Payment Option
The Pay-Pal can be used for payment.
(Attention)
・The parcels shall not be shipped out if the address does not match to that of being registered in Pay-Pal.
・If the shipping address does not match to that of being registered in Pay-Pal, we will refund you shopping fee.
・Logistics which is arranged by 7 PALMS will be used when your order is to be shipped to your address. It will have been already specified by 7Palms and you are not able to request others.
・These requests are informed you only by an E-mail. Thus, please check your email address before you order.
2. Shipping
For customers residing overseas, we will ship via EMS or DHL(packing size is within 150cm). After shipping, we will send you a shipping information e-mail with tracking number.
海外にお住いのお客様には、EMSまたはDHLでの発送となります(梱包サイズは150cm以内)。発送後、追跡番号を記載した発送案内メールをお送りします。

3. Shipping Charges
We will let you know the shipping charge by E-mail after the order is done.
The final shipping charge will be settled by the item’s size,weight,quantities,and the place where you would like to receive. Some items may have additional shipping charges due to the size and/or weight of the item.

4. Countries

5. Sales tax
No sales tax is required for international order.
6. Import tax
You are responsible for paying the duty, fees and taxes which are incurred from your order. They are not included into the price that you ordered and freight cost.
They will be requested from your country’s custom office. All of the duty, fees and taxes ratio are depends on your country and states of the shipping address. Thus, we strongly recommend you to contact your country’s custom office before you order items. As for all cost that you may be requested, we totally have no responsibility to follow them up.
7. Cancellation
Cancellation after shipping products can not be accepted against overseas shipment.
We are not able to comply with any return or refunds caused by customer’s preference.
Please check delivered items as soon as possible once you receive them.
If items were damaged or products which you have not ordered, we will accept items returns. In that case, please contact us by E-mail within 3 business days after receiving items.
8. Unclaimed Shipment
If items were unclaimed shipment and you would like us to ship items to you again, additional shipping fee shall be requested and you must comply with it.
